How We Respond
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will review the reported material promptly and remove or disable access to content that we determine to be infringing. We will also make a reasonable effort to notify the affected party where appropriate. If you believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly submit infringing material, where applicable. If you have questions about this DMCA Policy, please contact us at geniartify@gmail.com or through our Contact page.
